Product and protocol engineering
Design and build the software behind tokenized products, from application workflows to protocol-level components.
We combine longstanding engineering experience with strategic and architectural advisory across tokenized products, protocols, and infrastructure. We work from market and architecture decisions through production delivery.
How we help
Design and build the software behind tokenized products, from application workflows to protocol-level components.
Deliver the infrastructure and integrations required to connect networks, products, institutions, and end users.
Clarify where tokenization creates real value, shape the product and technical model, and turn complex tradeoffs into a workable plan.
Selected work
SituationWeb3 developers needed a practical example of combining autonomous AI behavior with simple wallet integrations through the Coinbase Developer Kit.
Our workWe built a proof-of-concept web3 game in which AI agents made their own decisions based on world context and their individual abilities. The project demonstrated accessible AI and wallet integrations using the Coinbase Developer Kit and won the global CDK Integration Award.
SituationUsers of an Arbitrum Layer 3 network wanted a way to own a share of the network’s consensus revenue.
Our workWe delivered the full product, including a public sale and challenger-attestation nodes connecting the Arbitrum L2 Inbox to the Layer 3 Sequencer. The system enabled participants to share in the network’s consensus revenue.
SituationA validator providing segregated, non-custodial validation services to institutional stakers needed to prove that staking yield and withdrawn ETH came directly from protocol activity and had not been commingled with ETH from public markets.
Our workWe created the architecture diagram, led the technical workshop, and drove stakeholder alignment around a segregated provenance model for validator rewards and withdrawals. The resulting model was approved.
SituationSolstice Finance was launching a stablecoin while evolving a mature staking business. The work spanned protocol mechanics, APIs, backend consolidation, and institutional integrations across Solana and Ethereum.
Our workWe implemented Solana APIs, documented mint, redeem, lock, and peg architecture, and consolidated fractured microservices into a cohesive API server. We also led Lido V3 and custody integrations, worked with the Ethereum Foundation on Beacon Chain ETH provenance, and connected SOL delegation through secure, trustless APIs.
SituationKazana began as a stablecoin designed for depositors, including a major sovereign wealth fund, to exchange cash-deposit yield for ownership in renewable-energy infrastructure. As commercial requirements changed, it became a loan note that finances the infrastructure directly and returns project cash flow alongside principal and interest. The team needed deep crypto expertise without allowing technical assumptions to constrain the business model.
Our workWe led protocol architecture, research and analysis, strategic advisory, industry introductions, and Kazana’s digital presence. We designed a flexible protocol intended to operate at billion-dollar scale, with the resulting architecture receiving sign-off and support from the Solana Foundation.
SituationSaltwater Games needed to bring a tokenized game ecosystem to mainnet without compromising the player experience or its ability to operate at consumer scale.
Our workWe led mainnet deployment of an Arbitrum Orbit Layer 3, deployed and integrated optimistic challenger-attestation nodes, and delivered bridging through the Arbitrum Inbox and LayerZero OFT. We also led account-abstraction wallet deployment, built smart contracts, and integrated accounts and transactions across Unity, Unreal Engine, and Telegram.
